The Bed & Breakfast is only 10 minutes from the town of Alghero. There is a great atmosphere in the characteristic old town which still reflects a strong Catalan influence with lots of interesting and historic sites to visit. In the busy and lively streets lots of shops, restaurants and pizzerias. During the summer there is a great buzz in the evening!
From the B&B's strategic position the more popular beach and coastal areas such as the Bombarde and Lazaretto are easily reached. Also Neptune Grottoes, the Porto Conte National Park, Asinara Island and La Pelosa beach in Stintino.
In the immediate vicinity is the renowned Sella & Mosca winery, one of the largest in Sardinia. During the summer it is possible to avail of free guided tours and to sample some of their wines.

For those who love history and archaeology there are many interesting sites nearby. Among the most significant in Sardinia are the Anghelu Ruju and Santu Pedru Necropolii, the temple (ziqqurath) of Monte d'Accodi, the Nuragic villages of Palmavera, Sant'Imbenia and Sant'Antine, the roman villa in Porto Conte and the excavations of the roman city Turris Libyssonis. Artifacts from these sites can be seen in the Sanna Museum in Sassari.
